By completing the booking, you confirm that you are purchasing a professional training service scheduled to take place on the dates stated in the course description.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking has been confirmed, the place cannot be cancelled, refunded, or moved to alternative dates.
Failure to Attend the course, late arrival, or incomplete attendance does not entitle the participant to a refund or partial refund.
If the course is cancelled by the training provider due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
